How Ticket Information Does Le Ticket Obtain And How Does It Work?

We collect and process museum ticket information (such as museum name, visit date, visit hours, exhibition name, ticket prices, and general museum information) you share with us. The extraction of museum ticket information from e-Tickets and PDF files is performed using AI technology from Azure OpenAI Service.I. No data is copied into the Azure OpenAI service. Please also see the Data, privacy, and security for Azure OpenAI Service to check details regarding how data provided by you to the Azure OpenAI service is processed, used, and stored. The extracted information is used to provide ticket information for easy access, improve user experience, and provide personalized recommendations.

The extracted museum ticket information is stored exclusively on user devices and iCloud. No data is stored on our internal servers or any other third-party servers. We do not gather personal information from museum e-tickets.

Use of External Analytics Tools

Le Ticket may record anonymous non-identifiable data automatically in order to diagnose and improve app performance or crashing issues. We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service. We utilize analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to gather information about the usage of our Websites and Services. These tools collect data on user visit frequency, visited pages, and referral sources. The insights obtained from these tools are used to enhance and maintain our sites, services, and other offerings, personalised the ads.

Do Third Parties See Obtained By The Application?

Your Opt-out Rights

You may opt-out of anonymous analytics collection by Le Ticket by uninstalling the app using the standard iOS app uninstall process. You can opt-out of data being stored in iCloud by revoking iCloud permission from the iOS Settings.

Everything is securely stored on your device and in your iCloud. If you uninstall the app, all data will be removed. However, if you are on a Le Ticket Plus plan, you have the option to retain data in your iCloud.

We retain usage data for internal analysis purposes. Usage data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Third-Party Advertising

Le Ticket uses third-party advertising networks, including Google's AdMob, to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, other data necessary for ad performance and user statistics analysis. The collected data is used for Ad personalization, Ad performance measurement, user statistics analysis.
